The "Mindful Living" workshop is designed to provide both men and women with practical tools and techniques to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. This one-day immersive experience aims to empower participants to

  • Welcome and Introduction (8:00 AM - 8:30 AM):

  • Understanding Mindfulness (8:30 AM - 9:30 AM):
  • A beautiful visualization of your mindful life.
  • experiencing benefits of practicing mindfulness
  • Myth-busting misconceptions about mindfulness


  • Saatvik Breakfast (9:30 AM - 10:00 AM)


  • Mindful Breathing & Body Scanning
  • Guided exercises for mindful breathing
  • Introduction to body scan meditation
  • Group discussion on experiences and insights


  • Mindful Movement: Gentle Yoga & Body movements to increase Mindfulness
  • Gentle yoga and body movement sessions suitable for all levels
  • Emphasis on mindful movement and breath synchronization
  • Q&A and discussion on the mind-body connection


  • Mindfulness-Heartfulness 'Dhyana': Everyday "dhyana" kriya to help you focus & surrender in your daily life to cultivate overall well-being inside and around you.

  • Mindful Communication (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM):

  • Tea Meditation (4:45 - 5:30PM):
  • Mindful tea-drinking session
